I’m lucky to live near a very active group of women photographers and we try to get together a number of times throughout the year to shoot together. It’s so nice to have such a supportive group of women that share this crazy photography passion! Some of the women are in business, some are not; some are moms, some are not. But we all love photography! When I first started getting together with them, my photography skills were not fantastic, to say the least! But this little community welcomes all skill levels and they truly understand where you’re coming from – because they’ve all been there before. The group started as a local offshoot facebook page of ClickinMoms (which, if you have any interest in photography, I would strongly suggest you check them out. You don’t need to be a mom or woman either – in case I have any men reading this blog of mine!).
So anyway, back in August we got together in Chinatown, grabbed a bite to eat, and then started shooting. We had 2 models, but I got mostly just shots of this gorgeous girl (who also happens to be my cousin!). What do you think?
Thanks for looking!
